Yes, our community allows cosigners and guarantors.

We offer 12 month terms.

4. What deposits are required?
The security deposit ranges from $150 to 1-months of rent, pending credit approval.

Yes

6. When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

7. How do I pay my rent?
You can pay through the resident portal.

8. Are any utilities included in rent?
All utilities are separate.

9. What utilities am I responsible for?
You are responsible for Water, Sewer & Electric, and Trash.

10. Who is my cable/ internet provider?
Comcast.

11. What if I need maintenance?
Maintenance is included! Please submit a work order through your Resident Portal for the quickest assistance.

12. Where can I find a copy of my lease?
You may request a copy of your lease from the leasing office or find it through your resident portal.

13. Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
No, but we have two 24/7 laundry rooms available for residents to use at their conveniene.

14. How do I add a roommate?
You will need to contact the leasing office for details.

17. Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first come first serve.

18. Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?
You may submit service requests through the resident portal.

18. Is the community pet friendly?
Yes! We have a brand new dog park for your furry friends to enjoy.

19. What is the pet policy?
$300 pet fee per pet. The pet fee is non-refundable. Pet rent is $30/month per pet.
